Music.Multimedia.Management. this two-year MMM program which will be developing the competences of specialists in the international cultural sector.
Starting with the free on-line courses scheduled for May-June 2021, the selected candidates will have the opportunity to participate in a 2-week internship at the project partners' premises, and then qualify for a two-month paid internship in Poland or Norway.
Each module of the program consists of a series of webinars and lectures conducted in English by the wide group of experts from around the world. The list of modules is varied and includes not only the audience development and music education, but also the impresario, team management, art curation, sound (design and engineering), and light and multimedia.
The orchestra management
The skilful management of the orchestra through the selection of musicians, program, communication and individual treatment of musicians, taking into account their role in the entire ensemble; artistic and managerial skills in the field of team work, awareness of the role of the audience is the guarantee of durability and successive development of every musical institution.
Meet the Tutors- Łukasz Borowicz
Łukasz Borowicz studied at the Fryderyk Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw (Bogusław Madey class), where he also obtained his doctorate in conducting under the supervision of Antoni Wit. In the years 2007-2015 he was the artistic director of the Polish Radio Orchestra. Since 2006, he has been the first guest conductor of the Poznań Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2008 he was awarded with the Passport of "Polityka", in 2011 – the Koryfeusz of Polish Music award, in 2013 – the Cyprian Kamil Norwid award, and in 2014 – the Tansman award for "the outstanding musical individuality".
